Summary

• We all have many sources of influence in our lives, such as parents, teachers, spouses and others, and certainly the Bible is the most important, but learning to understand the will of God in our lives can be difficult. This author analyzes the processes by which we as Christians can discern and know what the will of God is for us as individuals.
• When we have decisions to make, we seek God’s leading, but sometimes wonder if we are really understanding what He is saying to us. One of the early points made by this author is that God will never lead you in such a way that disagrees with the teachings of the Bible. For me, this point made me want to read more.
• This author shares what she has learned about hearing and understanding ways in which God is leading us through his word as well as the various experiences that we have in our lives.

Recommendation

This can be very helpful to any Christian who needs help in learning to understand God’s will for them in making difficult decisions.
